VALYOU is a new member of the FIAT GROUP FAMILY that has a mission:
÷Create a proactive and integrated in-house service center (recruitment center of excellence) to ensure a continuous candidate pool, homogeneity and synergy in terms of processes, methods and tools in selecting graduates, professionals and middle managers among all FIAT sectors and professional families
÷Promote FIAT Group as employer of choice leveraging on evolving cultural branding
÷Develop the pilot center of excellence to build up the other Regional recruitment centers

That all has an objective:
÷Cover replacement needs (turnover)
÷Forecast and meet new business and organizational needs (headcount budget)
÷Anticipate new skill trends
÷Rationalize and reduce spending towards external providers (recruitment agencies, cv databanks…)
÷Have a real time benchmark on C&B trends and competitors’ organizational structures
÷Advise HR Business Partners on possible market skill shortages to address alternative sourcing paths or in-house skill development (training)
